For example, in Animals & Pet Supplies > Pet Supplies > Dog Supplies, Animals & Pet Supplies is at level 1, Animals & Pet Supplies > Pet Supplies is at level 2, and Animals & Pet Supplies > Pet Supplies > Dog Supplies is at level 3.
